Barbecued Pork Tenderloin with Plum Sauce and Rosemary

Ingredients:
- salt and pepper
- 1 pound (500 g) pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) plum sauce
- 1 small shallot, chopped fine
- 1 garlic clove, chopped fine
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tsp (5 mL) soy sauce
- 1 tsp (5 mL) chopped fresh rosemary
- rosemary sprigs
Directions:
- Lightly sprinkle pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. In small
bowl, combine plum sauce, shallot, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce,
and rosemary.
- Brush plum sauce mixture over tenderloin. Place on greased barbecue
grill over medium-high heat. Close lid and cook for 15 to 20 mins
or until cooked, turning and basting with plum sauce mixture every
5 mins.
- Remove tenderloin from grill and cut crosswise into 1/2-in (1 cm)
thick slices. Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
