Barbecued Pork Tenderloin with Plum Sauce and Rosemary

Directions:
  1. Lightly sprinkle pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. In small bowl, combine plum sauce, shallot, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, and rosemary.
  2. Brush plum sauce mixture over tenderloin. Place on greased barbecue grill over medium-high heat. Close lid and cook for 15 to 20 mins or until cooked, turning and basting with plum sauce mixture every 5 mins.
  3. Remove tenderloin from grill and cut crosswise into 1/2-in (1 cm) thick slices. Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
