Chile-Cumin Spice Rub

Rub:
- 3 dried chipotle chiles, stemmed, seeded, cut into rough pieces
- 3 dried ancho chiles, stemmed, seeded, cut into rough pieces
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
Directions:
- Grind chiles in spice grinder until powdery.
- Which ground chiles, cumin, salt, and sugar in bowl.
- Pat steaks with rub, pressing to adhere, no more than 2 hrs before
grilling.
- Grill steak according to preference.
