Polish Beef Kidneys (Cynaderki)

Ingredients:
- beef kidneys (not certain of quantity, 1 lb maybe?)
- onions (2)
- butter (stick, American, not certain about this, seems a trifle too much)
- mushrooms
- pinch of salt
Directions:
- Boil kidneys. Wash pot. Take out kidneys and wash in hot water.
Cut kidneys width-wise to they look like cut mushrooms.
- Dice up onions and place with butter into pot. On medium, cook
until onions are golden brown.
- Add kidneys, stirring occasionally. When kidneys turn white,
add mushrooms.
- Add beef stew spices (??) for flavor.
- Let simmer.
