Polish Beef Kidneys (Cynaderki)

Ingredients:

Directions:
  1. Boil kidneys. Wash pot. Take out kidneys and wash in hot water. Cut kidneys width-wise to they look like cut mushrooms.
  2. Dice up onions and place with butter into pot. On medium, cook until onions are golden brown.
  3. Add kidneys, stirring occasionally. When kidneys turn white, add mushrooms.
  4. Add beef stew spices (??) for flavor.
  5. Let simmer.
