Seasoning Ingredients:
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp olive oil (grapeseed oil should be ok)
Skewer Ingredients:
- filet mignon cut into bite-size cubes
- yellow bell pepper, cut
- red bell pepper, cut
- sweet onion, cut
Grilling:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350-400 F).
- Combine seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
- Thread meat, bell peppers, onion on skewers (preferrably flat skewers).
- Grill, turning once, 8 mins.
Serves: 4
