Polish Silesian Dumplings (Kluski Śląskie)

Ingredients:
- potatoes(800 g, 1.8 lbs)
- potato flour (200 g, 7 oz)
- 1 egg
- salt
- water
Directions:
- Boil potatoes in salt water (25 min) then press through potato press,
let cool
- Add egg, flour, mix (with hands) and form rounded dumplings with a
divot in the middle (almost like a donut but all the way through)
- Submerse dumplings in boiling water, 3-4 mins until they float
- Serve, e.g., with beef stew or something with sauce.
