Polish Silesian Dumplings (Kluski Śląskie)

Ingredients:

Directions:
  1. Boil potatoes in salt water (25 min) then press through potato press, let cool
  2. Add egg, flour, mix (with hands) and form rounded dumplings with a divot in the middle (almost like a donut but all the way through)
  3. Submerse dumplings in boiling water, 3-4 mins until they float
  4. Serve, e.g., with beef stew or something with sauce.
