Lamb Chops with Honey Rosemary Glaze

Ingredients:
- 8 loin lamb chops, about 1-in (2.5 cm) thick
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) liquid honey
- 2 tsp (10 mL) soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, chopped fine
- 1 tsp (5 mL) finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tsp (5 mL) finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) salt (optional)
Directions:
- Trim excess fat from lamb chops.
- In small bowl, whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger,
rosemary, and salt.
- Place chops on lightly greased broiler pan; brush lightly with
honey mixture. Broil chops for 8 mins or until cooked,
turning once and brushing with honey mixture.
Serves: 4
Notes:
- Remove bone and fat from chop
- Cook 4 mins per side in fry pan with a little olive oil
