Lamb Chops with Honey Rosemary Glaze

Ingredients:

Directions:
  1. Trim excess fat from lamb chops.
  2. In small bowl, whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rosemary, and salt.
  3. Place chops on lightly greased broiler pan; brush lightly with honey mixture. Broil chops for 8 mins or until cooked, turning once and brushing with honey mixture.
Serves: 4

Notes:

  1. Remove bone and fat from chop
  2. Cook 4 mins per side in fry pan with a little olive oil
