Lemon Bars

Ingredients:

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, blend together first three ingredients. Dough will be crumbly. Press into the bottom of an un-greased 9x13 pan.
  3. Bake for 15 min, or until slightly golden. In another bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 c sugar and 1/4 c flour. Whisk in eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and ginger. Pour over the baked crust (do not let crust cool).
  4. Bake for an additional 20 min. The bars will firm as they cool
  5. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
