Pisco Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Chilean pisco
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
(1/2 cu sugar, 1/2 cu water, heat gently until sugar is dissolved)
- 1 egg white
Directions:
- Pour ingredients into shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously, and
strain into chilled V-shaped glass. Result should be frothy.
