Pork and Peppers

Ingredients:

Instructions:
  1. Season pork with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large saute pan, heat hte olive oil and saute onions 3-4 mins over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and peppers and saute until peppers are tender, about 5 mins.
  4. Add pork to the saute pan and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 mins.
  5. Add the wine (and dried oregano if using) and simmer about 3 mins until wine is slightly reduced.
  6. Add fresh oregano if using.
  7. Serve over noodles or rice.
