eyeCU: Clemson's Eye Tracking Lab

Clemson's eye tracking lab is housed in 304B McAdams, occupying approx. 480 sq. ft. of space. Desks have since replaced the original ISCAN RK-726PCI eye tracker which has now been surplused. Dr. Duchowski started the lab in the Fall of 1998, with laboratory equipment acquired through the following grants:

  1. ``CAREER: Development of an Eye Tracking Education and Research Program at Clemson University'', National Science Foundation (NSF), Directorate for Computer Information Science and Engineering (CISE), Human Computer Interaction Program, Grant IIS-9984278, Principal Investigator, $298,786 (incl. supplemental awards), (04/00—04/06).

  2. ``Development of an Eye Tracking Methodology Course at Clemson'', Clemson University Innovation Fund, Project #1-20-1906-51-4087, Principal Investigator, with Galluscio, G., Pury, C., Mittelstaedt, J., Carlson, L., Melloy, B., and Gramopadhye, A., $39,860 ($20,000 matching funds), (08/98—08/99).
